I did my second workout today and I feel amazing and I got some amazing news too! So I slept okay ish I went to sleep listening to binaural beats and it’s literally so beautiful my friend Lauren suggested it to me and it’s honestly the best. It lasts for 8 hours so it’s long enough to help you sleep, I woke up and fell back to sleep a few times but then I did fall asleep and woke up at 3 pm but my workout made me feel great.
So today I did:
- 7 minute full body workout
- 26 press-ups
- 22 Flutter-kicks
- 20 second Plank
- 24 minute running up and down the stairs
I did try to do the whole running up the stairs for 30 minutes but only made it for 24 minutes but I’m still proud of myself, it’s my second day working out and honestly I feel good and I haven’t felt like this for a long time.
Also I have to share my good news and it’s the best news that I’ve had for such a long time. Seriously. 😀
I got a message on my Instagram from someone from “My Trending Stories” and at first I didn’t know if this was true at first but I sent them an email and I’m so happy to tell you that they want to give me contributor position and obviously I said yes. They said that they admire my content and my writing abilities and my ability to engage readers is remarkable and a very rare asset to have in this days and age over-saturated blogging community.
So now I’m just waiting to hear back from them, I honesty think this could be something amazing for me and to be able to share my blog and stories of my daily life with everyone and more people from around the world would be amazing. I enjoy writing when I know people read my blogs and it helps them in someway and I love it.
Blogging on WordPress has been really great for me and I wish I had done it sooner and I want to say HUGE thank you to those who have liked my blog posts and have followed me! My followers mean a great deal to me.
