I found out earlier today that my medication that I’m on actually makes you gain weight like crazy. I know I’ve said before that I’ve wanted to put weight on but not crazy fast!
I noticed in a photo of myself earlier that I’ve gained weight to my face and my legs.. Probably my butt too. I’m not used to gaining weight this quickly, I need to weigh myself because last time I was 7.7 1/4 stone.
It’s not a bad weight but I also don’t want to gain too much weight and not being able to do anything about it. I’d rather weigh more than I do now but be toned up at the same time.. So I think I’ll be getting back to my workout and when the going gets tough I’m not going to give up.
Hopefully when I can afford to get myself some trainers I’ll also take up running as it might actually help me to get outdoors more as well and fitness is also supposed to help with Depression so let’s see how this goes shall we?
