Workout Day

I’ve finally started working out again! But this time I’m going to take it slowly and see how it goes. I don’t want to give up again so I’m taking it step by step.day-1

I’m not “fat” but I don’t like my stomach either, the last time I checked my weight I was 8 stone 11. I used to be around 6 and a half stone when I was 19 and so I have struggled with my weight but now that I’ve gained weight I’m not happy either.

I don’t fit into some of my size 6 clothing and I busted my favorite skirt and so I’ve gone back to just wearing jeans but now I want to get my stomach slim and start wearing skirts again. I want to start dressing “girly” again and start wearing heels and skirts and dresses. I’m fed up of wearing jeans or clothes just to feel comfortable in because that sucks and it doesn’t always make me feel better.

So here’s what I did today!

  • 20 Sit-ups
  • 24 Flutter Kicks
  • 20 Seconds Plank

And then I did these:

  • 10 Sit-ups
  • 20 Crunches
  • 25 Squats

If you have any suggestions for me, just comment below. I’m hoping I’ll be able to stick to this! I already feel good and energized. 🙂
