I forgot to post Workout Day 5! I’m such an idiot at times! I do apologise for forgetting to post Day 5!
Here’s what I did on Day 5:
- 5 Sit-ups
- 10 Crunches
- 60 Squats (I did 40 at work)
- 1.2 miles to and from work. 8 mins in total there and back.
