Workout Day 7

It’s day 7 of me working out and I feel so good! I also feel so much better in myself and I’m slowly learning to love my body even though it’s going to take awhile.


Here’s my picture from Day 7, I can already see improvement especially in my stomach and butt!

Here’s what I did today:

  • 20 Sit-ups
  • 35 Crunches
  • 55 Squats

I feel like my butt is slightly more toned than from when I first started working out! Get in touch with me and let me know what you think.
